Product Return Conditions
If the product you purchased on our site turns out to be faulty, you must contact us from the online support section on our page no later than 7 days from the date of delivery. Following this information, the faulty product that you will contact us with the shipping company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product error occurred due to customer use or if the product was used within a 7-day period, the product will not be returned and exchanged.
